Your data is processed solely to carry out the market value analysis you request, to contact you for this purpose and to provide buying, selling or rental consultancy in line with your request.

Legal basis

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract and on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfer

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared with authorised public authorities where required by law.

Retention period

After your request has been completed, your data is kept for the periods required by the relevant legislation and then deleted. If you would like it deleted earlier, you can make a request through the contact details below.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to [email protected].
